Delta Development Group, an independent developer and investor active in The Netherlands and Germany is starting a strategic partnership with Lenflex, a supplier of innovative and sustainable dock bumpers for logistics and industrial property.

Delta (re-)develops innovative and sustainable property from a Cradle to Cradle® philosophy with a headoffice based at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp.

Delta’s focus is the development of Next Generation Logistics® with a strong focus to develop very high quality and sustainable circular property in which the human being can function optimal by using  Human Centered Design and Smart Building Technology. That is also the reason why Delta Development has decided to use the Lenflex dock bumper in the standard configuration for both newly build projects as well for replacement of existing logistics property.
