HEYLEN WAREHOUSES STARTS COOPERATION WITH LENFLEX DOCK BUMPERS

Heylen Warehouses, part of the Heylen Group, is an investor and developer of logistics property with sustainability as a central focus for all its developments and investments. Lenflex is a supplier of sustainable and innovative dock bumpers for logistics and industrial property.
In all their property projects, Heylen Warehouses is working according the ‘second life’ principle. Property needs to be as functional and attractive as possible to cover not only todays requirements from the market but also future requirements. This vision is based on creating and maintaining long term value for clients as user of Heylen’s property but also for Heylen as investor.
That is also the reason why Heylen Warehouses have chosen for the Lenflex dock bumper for all newly build logistics property as well as the replacement of dock bumpers at existing logistics property.
‘The Lenflex dock bumper has a substantial longer life cycle compared to a standard dock bumper and therefore a relatively short return on investment. Apart from that the Lenflex dock bumper offers extra protection to our logistics property which in the end results in lower maintenance and operating costs. By doing so, we can relieve our clients as well as our own Facility Management as the problems with the dock bumpers were a frequent recurring problem. This means that in the end all parties involved, investors and end-users will gain the advantages of sustainable investments.
